Sensitivity is a strength!
As a sensitive person who tends to experience things deeply, I often found myself withdrawing from people, feelings and experiences that might overwhelm me - but over the past few years, I’ve discovered that when managed well, sensitivity is actually a secret super power!
While some of us are naturally more sensitive than others, I believe we’re all getting more sensitive due to our increasingly ‘noisy’ world.
With issues like anxiety, overwhelm, and depression on the rise, most of us are told to “cut back,” “stay in,” and “say no.”
While scaling back and indulging in self-care practices can help create healthy balance in life, I believe it’s also important to adopt practices that increase tolerance to stress so you can handle more instead of doing less.
My hope is to provide everyone with the tools and tips needed to live a more productive and comfortable life -- without restrictions.
